SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders within the U.S. are shipped via USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground. Orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours from purchase and a tracking number will be provided once the item is shipped.

Yes, we ship internationally via USPS International, which takes 6 to 10 business days. Longer shipping times are possible due to customs or shipping days. Please note, international customers are responsible paying for custom and/or taxes in the destination country.

Due to the handmade nature of orders placed, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

WHOLESALE

Yes! Printed Quilt patterns and hand stitch painted Needlepoint canvases are available for wholesale orders. Please set up an account here or send an email to kristi@initialkstudio.com.

QUILT PATTERNS

No. Quilt patterns sold in the shop have the available sizes clearly listed in the product description and cannot be altered on demand. However, depending on the quilt pattern, you can resize to your desired dimension by adding more quilt blocks and/or making the panels sizes bigger/smaller.

Yes, if this timing is right. Simply send an email to info@initialkstudio.com. Pricing starts at $1,200 and turn around time can be from eight to twelve weeks.

Yes, quilts made using Initial K Studio Quilt patterns can be sold. Please give design credit when doing so. Please note, Initial K Studio Quilt patterns cannot be reproduced or sold. Duplication of any kind is prohibited.

Needlepoint

Please sign up for the re-stock notification located on each individual product page. An email will be sent when the canvas is available for purchase.

When your canvas is completed, it’s now ready to be “finished.” Depending on the size of your stitched canvas, finished items include ornaments, clutch, pillow, acrylic tray, zipper pouch, coasters, keychain, etc. I highly recommend visiting your Local Needlepoint Shop (LNS) as they will guide you through the finishing process while offering recommendations.
