Due to the handmade nature of orders placed, refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

Damages & Issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Digital Downloads are not eligible for refunds and again, due to the handmade nature of needlepoint, refunds are not permitted.
