In April I had the chance to attend in Chicago with my mom.
We arrived a day early to explore the sites of the city. One of my favorites museums to visit is the modern wing at the Art Institute of Chicago. The building itself is beautiful and the exhibits are always intriguing.
We met a great group of fellow quilters from all over the country and had a fabulous time learning how to sew curves from 's Molehill Quilt Pattern. I took my time picking out the colors for the pattern and can't wait to finish this quilt sometime in the near future.
